Since 1979, Universal Sourcing and Marketing (USAM) has been the sales and marketing agent and distributor of American manufacturers that are the worldwide leaders for products related to the outdoor furnishings industry and indoor furniture products for hospitality installations, in the Southeast Asia region, China and India. USAM provides the most durable, highest quality outdoor and indoor furnishing products at a reasonable price. Our extraordinary level of service is never compromised throughout the entire lifespan of the product. USAM provides sales & marketing, after-sales service and assignment of dealer/distributors throughout the Asian region. For years, we specialized in products related to the outdoor furnishings industry. Our furniture is made of premium grade weather resistant materials such as aluminum, steel, synthetic wicker, marine grade fabrics, vinyl, PE Weave and Rotoform3 that is specifically designed for use outdoors. USAM products include, but are not limited to chairs, loveseats, settees, stools, ottomans, benches, lounge chairs, tables, cushions and umbrellas. All of the products supplied by USAM compliment each other and share the same customer base: hotels, condominiums, project developers, architects, interior decorators and private residential owners.

Universal Sourcing and Marketing is proud to announce we have expanded our product line to include indoor furniture products for hospitality, institutional and commercial installations. USAM is now the regional dealer for the Shelby Williams® and Falcon®, brands within the CFGroup, which is a closely held private company.

When USAM was founded, we were the first and only company exclusively selling American made outdoor furniture in Singapore. Now, over 20 years later, we are the largest provider of commercial-grade furniture, indoors-and-outdoors, in the Region.
